Dr Jaipal Reddy is a well known surgical oncologist in Pune. Dr. Reddy specializes in advanced laparoscopic oncological surgeries.

He has obtained MBBS from Government Medical College & Hospital, Miraj; MS (General Surgery) from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore and Mch in Surgical Oncology from King George Medical College, Lucknow. He has done fellowship in Thoracic Oncology from prestigious TATA Memorial Hospital, Mumbai and fellowship in Advanced Laparoscopy in Oncology from SNUBH, South Korea and Pune

He is one of few oncologist in india who specialise in thoracic oncology which deals with treatment of cancers arising from Lung, Esophagus and Mediastinum. He also does various thoracoscopic procedures required in management of thoracic cancers.

He has published research articles in various national and international journals. He also has authored a chapter on thoracic oncology in textbook on clinical oncology.

Dr. Jaipal Reddy has performed more than 1500 surgeries.

• Won 1^st Rank in National level entrance examination for admission to MCh course in surgical oncology conducted by KGMU, Lucknow in 2010.
